Our Mission

We strive to build lasting partnerships with our clients and employees by challenging the traditional firm model. We aim to cultivate a supportive and enriching environment where the firm's success is measured by the achievements of our team members and clients.

To deliver on this mission, we have four key values that define who we are and why Pitch CPA is a unique firm.

Our Values

  1. Ownership – Owners focus on long-term improvement while seeking short-term opportunities to foster continued success. We are comfortable dealing with ambiguity and remain humble, seeing each project through to completion.
  2. Empowerment – We build each other up to become experts in our field. We support and create new opportunities to add value to our clients and processes.
  3. Approachability – Being an expert is important, but being open, accepting, and welcoming discourse is paramount. We strive to be approachable to both our clients and team members. No question is too simple, and no title too large—everyone is a key player.
  4. Curiosity – We are not complacent; we challenge the status quo and are constantly looking for new ways to exceed expectations.
